The instructors guide you safely through classic and gentle reformer sessions with a focus on technique, strength, mobility, and joy of movement. Regardless of your level, you’ll experience a smooth training flow, small adjustments with great impact, and a pleasant, effective workout. **Good to know** * Remember gloves and grip socks - you are not allowed to train without gloves or with half toesox. * Check in no later than 5 minutes before. If you check in later, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waiting list. * The door is locked at the start of the class. * Three hours of free parking. Follow the parking signs and remember to set your disc.
