Welcome to Crossfit Kexfabriken! CrossFit focused on development, joy, and community. The training combines strength, conditioning, and functional movements, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance. Individual coaching is provided for development at all levels. Classes are held in small groups (10-12 people) for personalized attention and high-quality training. Participation requires an introductory course (OnRamp), but a trial class is available.
