Renaissance Boxing Club, established in 2023, aims to introduce foundational boxing skills to beginners who might not otherwise explore the sport. Unlike gyms that prioritize sparring or competition, Renaissance Boxing Club takes a different approach. Each session is treated as a unique opportunity to master movements and principles inspired by boxing. The focus is on achieving a flow state, integrating body and mind into a cohesive, functional unit.
