They’ve crafted a space where high intensity, strength, and mobility sessions come alive in a fun and very personal atmosphere with max 12 people in the class. You can also join their unique Hitex concept which combines HIT and eccentric strength training using flywheel equipment that will leave you craving for more.

Good to know

• Doors open 15 minutes prior to class and are locked when the class start. Latecomer? No worries, ring the white doorbell and one of the staff will come open the door.

• Look for the doors to the entrance of Ness Life café, right next to Nomad Works.
