Welcome to RO Yoga Studio.

You step into a spacious shala with comfortable equipment and calm surroundings that invite presence and immersion.

Here you can explore both dynamic and restorative yoga styles. Traditional astanga offers a challenging and playful practice, while yin supports deep relaxation with a focus on grounding, recovery, and inner balance.

There is also an opportunity to dive deeper into different elements of yoga and explore your practice with greater understanding and awareness.

No matter what you choose, the focus is on presence, depth, and a holistic experience in the body.

Good to know

• The QR code is located to the right when you enter.
• Bring your own mat if you can. Mats are also available to borrow and are placed in the hallway. Please roll it up neatly and return it after use.
• Do not take mats from the shelves inside the studio. These are private.
• Tea cups, phones, and bags are not allowed in the studio. Please leave them in the changing room.
• Water bottles must be placed on your mat or another surface – not directly on the floor or window sills.
• Arrive no earlier than fifteen minutes before and no later than five minutes before the class starts.
• Ring the doorbell upon arrival. Feel free to let others in if you see someone waiting.
• Changing rooms are available for both men and women, where you can leave your jacket and bag.
• Please return all borrowed equipment neatly after use.
• Inform the teacher if you do not speak Danish on the Danish classes, or if anything needs to be taken into consideration.
