Exercere Pilates Studio is a universe built around community and movement, where strength meets serenity and every class becomes a journey inward.

The studio focuses on mat Pilates with a mindful and grounding approach. Each class blends precision, flow, and atmosphere to create a refined and elevated experience.

Good to know

• Towels can be rented for 30 DKK.
• To find the studio, enter through the main entrance with "Hans Just" above the door. Once inside the building, follow the signs directing you to Exercere Studio. Go to the first floor, turn left, and you've arrived. You will see a silver sign on the floor in front of the studio and the doors will be open. Welcome!
