Outdoor with Notkin
Welcome to motivating and effective outdoor training. Combining functional training, strength and heart rate.
Training is done with your own body weight, TRX and elastic bands, so you get a versatile and gentle workout that strengthens the whole body.
You'll work up a sweat, get fresh air and good energy in the company of others. All under expert and attentive guidance.
If you have injuries, are pregnant or have special needs, the instructor will adjust the exercises so you can enjoy a safe and comfortable workout. Come and join, your body will thank you.
Good to know
The training takes place right behind CBS next to Fasanvej Metro.
You are welcome to bring a mat, but it is not necessary.
