Here you can learn how training your body and mindset can become a relief rather than a burden in your daily life. No matter what is done in the group training room, you should do what feels good for you! The intention at Unno is to create a safe space to break away from the noise of everyday life and life's challenges. Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of experience level. **Good to know** * Classes are held at different locations. Please check the class description. * For breathwork and meditation, you’re welcome to bring your own blanket or a warm sweater. * If there is at least one participant who doesn’t speak Danish, the class will be taught in English otherwise the class is in Danish. * Classes always ends with a little relaxation with calming scents.
