Sagene Folkebad is a beautiful historic bath from 1899. After an extensive restoration in collaboration with the City Antiquarian, Oslo Badstuforening reopened the venue to the public in spring 2025. The facility includes two spacious saunas, shower facilities, bucket showers, cold plunge pools, and well-designed changing rooms with private changing booths and small lockable lockers. **Good to know** * Visits must take place within the days and opening hours shown in the app. Visits outside these hours must be paid separately at the reception. * The pool is included from 06:30–08:30 and 21:15–22:30. Outside these days and hours, only the sauna is available. Opening hours may vary during holidays. * Please check sauna session start times and if there are available spots before arriving. This increases the chances of getting a spot, but it cannot always be guaranteed. Sauna hosts are on site and have an overview of the capacity at all times. Tie up long hair before using the cold plunge. * Always sit on a towel in the sauna. Rinse and wring out your swimwear after using the sauna. All sauna use is at your own risk. * Small lockers with locks are available. Bring your own padlock or purchase one on site. Mobile phones should be left in the changing room. * Alcohol is not permitted, and visibly intoxicated individuals will be denied entry. * Please inform the staff if you experience anything uncomfortable. På bryggekanten vis à vis Operaen finner du SALT, med byens flotteste saunaopplevelser. Her kan du velge mellom en rekke ulike badstuer, og kommer du om morgenen kan du få med deg en saunarituale. Som avkjøling kan du velge mellom kalde ferskvannskulper, utendørsdusjer eller et dypp i Oslofjorden.

Pust Kadettangen ligger ytterst på gjestebryggen på Kadettangen utenfor Sandvika. Anlegget består av to badstuer, én stor med plass til 16 stk, og én litt mindre med plass til 10-12 stk. **Fint å vite** * Det er ikke toalett i badstuen. * Alle badstuene har herre- og damegarderobe – med kalde og forfriskende dusjer. * Det er ikke tillatt med såpe eller sjampo i dusjen da alt vann slippes direkte ut i havet. * Ta med ditt eget, rene håndkle. Vær vennlig og bruk håndkleet på benken i badstuen. * Vennligst ikke kom før starttidspunktet. * Du må være ferdig i badstuen og garderoben innen tiden din er ute. * Billettkontroll kan forekomme.

Mad Goats på Tjuvholmen tilbyr SUP-utleie og kajakk om sommeren.
