Space Pilates Skøyen

Located on the lower ground floor (-1).
Bring socks. Non-slip is recommended, but not required.
Please arrive dressed for class. There's only a small bathroom available for changing.

Aliona is such a great teacher! She’s super attentive and really cares about her students. You can tell she puts a lot of effort into every lesson. Everything is clear, well-organized, and fun. She always notices when someone needs a bit of extra help and takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I’ve learned so much from her, and I always leave her classes feeling motivated and confident.
