Combining movement, nature, community, and the Scandinavian summer atmosphere, these open-air classes create a calm and welcoming experience for both locals and visitors in one of Copenhagen's most beautiful settings. The vision is to make wellness more accessible, social, and connected to the city, creating memorable experiences for both residents and travellers. **Good to know** * Classes take place on the grass area behind Herkules Pavillonen Café, near the three large trees. * Please bring your own yoga mat. * Classes take place outdoors and may be weather dependent. In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, you will be informed in advance. * Please arrive five to ten minutes before class starts. * Suitable for all levels unless otherwise specified. * For Sunday picnic classes, you are welcome to bring a small blanket or towel to sit on after class.
The Yoga Flat Magasin Rooftop
Indre ByThe Yoga Flat is a yoga studio and yoga school in Copenhagen with locations in Christianshavn, Vesterbro, and Nørrebro. During the summer, the studio also opened a new location at Magasin Rooftop. Here, you can explore yoga, breathwork, strength training, Pilates, and other forms of movement in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Classes are led by experienced instructors in small groups, creating space for presence, deeper practice, and personal development at your own pace. The ambition is to make high-quality yoga and training accessible to everyone. **Good to know** * The rooftop terrace is located on the second floor of Magasin. Take the escalator closest to the main entrance at Kongens Nytorv to the second floor, then turn left when you enter the women's department. * You're checked in automatically.

Indre ByAt HOLDBAR, they've fused hard training and great community. The workouts take place outdoors and are CrossFit-inspired, using your own body weight, elastic bands and rings. You don't have to be in any particular shape, but you should be ready to go for it. The skilled trainers are ready to help you switch the exercises up or down if you need it. **Good to know** * Classes are held at different locations. Please check the class descriptions for more information. * Please bring a mat and a bottle of water. * Classes are available in both English and Danish. * Come dressed in clothes suitable for the weather. Indre ByAll Out Cph is an outdoor training community that offers outdoor group training all year round! Their mission is for more people to experience the joy and energy that comes from exercising outdoors and in community. Here, training is simple, fun, challenging and tough at the same time. The training mixes strength, mobility and cardio exercises and aims to challenge everyone. All exercises can be adjusted, so you're guaranteed to leave the workout sweaty and with a smile on your face. There's room for everyone, whether you're already in good shape or haven't worked out for a while. **Good to know** * The training takes place at different locations, please see the class description. * All classes are held in Danish. * Dress for the weather and bring gloves, which are allowed to get dirty. * Come dressed as there is no changing facilities on site. * Feel free to bring your own mat. * The training is right next to the water, so you are welcome to bring a towel and jump in afterwards.
